THE PARK
It's time to unwind
Nursery Garden Park is the ideal place in which to relax in the
peace and tranquillity of the North Yorkshire countryside. The many
delightful rural villages in the surrounding area are ideal for taking a
leisurely stroll or cycle ride.
A park of true tradition
As a kitchen garden in Victorian times, the park once provided
all-year-round fruit and vegetables for a country estate. Enjoying a
southerly facing position, the park retains many of its original
features, including a large greenhouse and the surrounding Victorian
wall. With its maple and fruit trees, shrubs and perennials, the park
creates an attractive, natural environment.
Available for purchase
The park has 62 static holiday home pitches
within six acres of garden. We have pitches available for purchasers of new or
used holiday homes. A holiday cottage is also available for hire. We have no
caravans to rent, nor do we have touring, motorhome or tent pitches available.
The season
The park is open for holiday home occupation
from 1 March to 6 January; a little over ten months.
About the owners
Roy and Liz Yates have owned and managed the park for over
six years
and have made many improvements, including re-landscaping, upgrading all
utilities and services and restoring the original Victorian greenhouse.
